The Rainbow Project 2

Answers do not have to go into a lot of detail.  The entire
interview for each person will be edited down to just 5 minutes
total time for all the questions.  The total movie length is 30
minutes and we will have 6 people for interviews.  This form is
for you to make notes.  You are encouraged to talk mostly about
yourself and how you feel and how stigma has affected your
family.  This interview is not meant to put anyone down but rather
be a positive learning experience for all.  It is an attempt to fight
stigma in the most effective way which is personal contact with
people who experience mental illness.  This project puts  people
first and diagnosis (labels) second.    After the interview the
consumer may preview the footage and has a say about what
goes into the film.  The person being interviewed (parent or
sibling)may have a say as to what gets edited out before the
consumer sees the footage.  We will require two signatures on
the
Talent Release Form: the parent or sibling and the
consumer(s).
